Mr. Morales serves his clients with passion, energy and dedication. Mr. Morales has forged strong relationships with his clients because he places his clients’ objectives above all else.
Practice
Mr. Morales is a 2009 graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where he was a member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and the Post-Conviction Justice Project (PCJP).
Since being admitted to the practice of law, Mr. Morales has focused on complex commercial litigation involving real estate. Mr. Morales is well-experienced in breach of guaranty matters, lender liability defense, partition actions involving the division of real estate, ground-lease rent disputes and arbitrations and disputes among fractional owners of real estate. Mr. Morales has also successfully litigated construction defect disputes against some of the largest and oldest contractors in the State of California.
Mr. Morales practice includes every step of the litigation process from the inception of litigation, through mediation, trial (or arbitration) and includes judgment enforcement. Mr. Morales is particularly adept at judgment enforcement, bringing experience and knowledge in leveraging post-judgment enforcement procedures and remedies against judgment debtors to obtain favorable recovery or settlements.
Mr. Morales’ current work includes litigation arising out purchases of real estate and real estate related contracts. Mr. Morales is currently representing investment funds, real property managers, investors and financial institutions.
